About the Role
A leading UK law firm is seeking a Commercial Regulatory Partner to join its growing practice.
The role focuses on retail regulatory and product liability work, advising major consumer‑facing brands on a mix of contentious and advisory matters, including trading standards issues, product safety, advertising and promotions, and regulatory support on transactions.
There is a substantial existing workload and strong internal referral flow, particularly from retail and corporate teams.
The firm is open to established partners, first‑time partners, or senior in‑house lawyers from large retail or FMCG organisations.
A client following is welcome but not essential.
Location flexible.
