The Successful Applicant A successful HR professional should have: - Proven expertise in human resources within the internet or E-commerce sector. - Strong knowledge of HRBP management and HR practices, CHO/CPO experience in start-up companies is a plus. - Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations. - Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
