Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives.
- Strong BP management experience oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Manage employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning and development.
- Analyse HR metrics to support decision-making and improve efficiency.
- Handle compensation, benefits, and performance management processes effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR professional should have:
- Proven expertise in human resources within the internet or E-commerce sector.
- Strong knowledge of HRBP management and HR practices, CHO/CPO experience in start-up companies is a plus.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
