A specialist provision in Durham is searching for a Graduate SEN Support Assistant to support pupils with SEMH and additional needs.

It’s hands-on. It’s rewarding. It matters.

You’ll work closely with experienced staff to:
• Support emotional regulation
• Build positive routines
• Help pupils re-engage with learning
• Celebrate progress, however small

This role suits graduates who are calm, grounded, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
