ISO Business Development Manager
Revenue-Based Lending | Remote (US)

We're partnered with a fast-growing direct lender in the revenue-based lending space, known for speed, transparency, and long-term partner relationships. Backed by institutional capital and led by experienced industry operators, this team is focused on scaling its ISO channel.

This role is ideal for someone who already understands the ISO ecosystem and wants to expand their book of business and earn larger commissions from their existing ISOs. This role offers real upside and a clear path to leadership such as Chief Revenue Officer.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leverage your existing ISO and broker relationships to drive consistent, high-quality deal flow
  • Source, onboard, and manage new ISO partners while expanding engagement within your current network
  • Act as the primary point of contact for submissions, feedback, and partner support
  • Educate ISOs on product offerings, underwriting criteria, buy rates, and submission best practices
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and increased volume
  • Collaborate with leadership on partner strategy, channel growth, and scalable infrastructure
  • Play a key role in shaping the ISO channel as the business continues to scale
  • Opportunity to grow into a leadership role managing additional reps

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in revenue-based lending, MCA, or ISO-focused financial sales
  • An established ISO/broker network you can actively leverage from day one
  • Proven ability to bring over a book of business or build one quickly and sustainably
  • Strong understanding of lending products, underwriting processes, and partner lifecycles
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, and comfortable owning results in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator with strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
