About the Role

<div>We are currently seeking a <strong>Relationship Director</strong> for our expanding medical device client in Boston, MA. This role will involve 70% travel and can be done remotely.</div>

<div>As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for creating effective strategies to engage with clinicians, hospitals, and academic institutes.</div>

<div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div>

<ul>
<li>Develop a comprehensive strategy to strengthen relationships with key healthcare professionals, clinicians, hospitals, and specialists.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with leading physicians, healthcare institutions, and KOLs.</li>
<li>Work with KOLs to create content that promotes best practices in patient care and educates clinicians.</li>
<li>Lead an ongoing speaker program to demonstrate the value of products in clinical settings.</li>
<li>Oversee the development and delivery of educational content and training programs for healthcare providers.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to produce digital content such as expert interviews, case studies, and success stories.</li>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (MS, PhD, PharmD, MD).</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in clinical, medical device, biotech, or pharma industries.</li>
<li>7+ years of experience in professional relations, medical affairs, or healthcare marketing.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with KOLs, physicians, academic institutions, and key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.</li>
<li>Experience in organizing educational programs and speaker engagements.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills to translate customer feedback and market trends into business strategies.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel up to 30-50% nationally and dive into the details of the role.</li>
