However, as a candidate it is important to realise that the type of visa you have impact whether you can work in the UK, where you can work and who for. Unfortunately, it can also affect whether we are able to help you with your job search. There are immediate things to think about when searching for a role in the UK but relocating from abroad:

  • If you haven't already, register with us.
  • Ensure you have a good understanding of your VISA and its restrictions.
  • Let us know as soon as possible what VISA you are on - we are always happy to have a conversation regarding your VISA and your right to work. But please do bear in mind that Immigration Law is a constantly changing landscape and we are not experts.
  • Unfortunately if you are looking to be sponsored by a company, it is unlikely that we will be able to help you as a recruitment agency. You would need to apply directly to a company. A list of companies registered to accepted sponsored candidates can be found here. But it is always worth discussing it with us first. REGISTER WITH US
  • More information on the "Points Based" system and Sponsorship can be found at Gov.uk
  • Check what Visa you need to work in the UK.
  • A full explanation of BRP (Biometric Residence Permits) cards.

If you are a candidate or client with concerns and questions around visas please get in touch.
