Promote a strong QHSE culture on offshore sites through toolbox talks, inductions, coaching and daily engagement. Monitor and ensure compliance with QHSE regulations, industry standards and DEME procedures. Contribute to safety campaigns, training initiatives and continuous improvement programs. Collect, analyze and report QHSE data to support decision-making and highlight key risks. Maintain close communication with the QHSE department and relevant project stakeholders.
