Warehouse Operative, South Normanton

We are currently seeking warehouse operatives to join a team based in South Normanton. We are looking for individuals with a flexible approach, as the afternoon shift is the busiest time of the day.   Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1pm, 4pm or 6:30pm until finish (typically midnight). Candidates must be willing to work 10 or 12-hour shifts, depending on the needs of the business.     Pay Rates: Up to 6:00 PM: £12.21 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM: £12.58 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM: £12.21 After 10:00 PM: £15.07   Key Responsibilities: Accurately paper picking a variety of products Packing goods securely for dispatch Operating efficiently on the conveyor line Replenishing stock and ensuring proper stock rotation Handling goods with care to maintain quality and reduce damage Performing other general warehouse duties as required   Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is beneficial, especially in high-volume or fast-paced settings Experience using handheld scanners or similar warehouse technology is advantageous Familiarity with the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) is highly desirable Good attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to work flexible, full time hours
