<strong>Location:</strong> South East England (dual-site, Essex & Hertfordshire) | <strong>Reports to:</strong> Group CEO | <strong>Full-time, permanent</strong> | <strong>£120,000–£150,000</strong>
FD Capital is retained by a well-established, acquisitive multi-brand services group — a household name in its sector, trading across the UK and internationally — to appoint a <strong>Finance & IT Director</strong>.
<strong>Please note two essential requirements before applying:</strong>

<li><strong>Big Four (or recognised top-tier firm) practice training is essential.</strong> Candidates must have qualified with PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, EY or a comparable top-tier firm. Applications without this background cannot be progressed.</li>
<li><strong>A settled career record is essential.</strong> Our client is appointing a long-term member of its senior leadership team and is seeking demonstrable tenure — typically five years or more in recent permanent roles. This is not a role suited to career interim or portfolio candidates.</li>
