We are seeking an accomplished Oracle HCM Lead who is fluent in German and possesses deep expertise across key Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, and Compensation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM and will have successfully led at least 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects. The role requires strong customer engagement capabilities, with the ability to manage full project lifecycles and guide clients effectively throughout the implementation journey. In addition, the candidate should have: A strong command of the Oracle HCM solution and its functional capabilities Proven experience with product configuration Solid functional understanding of technical components such as integrations, reports, and data migration Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment and effective communication across all project phases Excellent internal team coordination abilities to drive successful project outcomes
