This is a fantastic opportunity for an Optometrist to join a clinically driven, supportive team in a practice offering the latest technology, flexible working patterns, and real opportunities for development and progression. Optometrist – Role Join a high-performing, well-established optical practice in central Bristol Full-time or part-time role – 9am to 6pm working hours Alternate weekend working pattern available 20–25 minute testing times with regular catch-up slots throughout the day Latest diagnostic equipment including OCT Supervision of pre-reg Optometrists, with a key role in their training and development Involved in mentoring and supporting wider team members Focus on delivering an exceptional patient journey with clinical freedom Opportunities to work towards additional accreditations (e.g. MECS, IP) Optometrist – Requirements GOC registered Optometrist Passionate about clinical development and delivering excellent patient care Enjoys mentoring and developing others Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive approach to team collaboration and continuous improvement Optometrist – Package Salary between £60,000–£70,000 depending on experience Lucrative bonus structure Relocation package available for those moving to the area Private health and dental cover 33 days holiday including your birthday off Complimentary Headspace subscription Additional wellness benefits and staff perks Clear progression paths into clinical or leadership roles This is an excellent opportunity for an Optometrist considering a move to Bristol or seeking the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.
