Argyll & Bute HSCP is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, self-motivated and experienced Project Co-ordinator to join our team. This role will work across the portfolio, offering vital support and co-ordination to our transformation projects, build practical tools and guidance, and help colleagues deliver the best possible outcomes. The successful candidate must be able to work across the portfolio to develop, monitor and review a range of project documentation, coordinate action planning and use their initiative to implement the roll out of the relevant delegated areas of projects. We are seeking and individual who will be a natural relationship-builder who can facilitate conversations with stakeholders and partners. Strong project planning, organisation and follow-through, with an eye for evaluation and performance monitoring is essential in any candidate applying.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR CANDIDATES
Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part-time hours will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
