Job Description: As a Product Manager at AssetWorks, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product strategies, gather requirements, and oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle. Your deep understanding of the market, user needs, and industry trends will enable you to shape the product roadmap, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional software solutions that exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities include: Lead the product strategy and roadmap for assigned software products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing features. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product specifications, and prioritize feature development based on customer needs. Work closely with the engineering team throughout the development process, providing clear guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. Define and analyze key product metrics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making. Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision, value proposition, and roadmap to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of market dynamics and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Proven track record of at least 3 years in product management, with a focus on software products. Extensive experience in defining product strategies, creating product roadmaps, and leading product development cycles. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, iterative development environments. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data to inform product decisions. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong leadership and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of successfully working with cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to balance business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints when making product decisions. Experience with AssetWorks products is a plus.
