Pay:
$100,000 – $140,000 annually (DOE) + bonus potential
Schedule:
Full-time | Monday – Friday (project-based flexibility as needed)
Who We Are:
We are partnering with a well-established and growing disaster restoration company specializing in water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation. This organization is known for delivering high-quality work, strong customer relationships, and responding quickly when clients need them most.
Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Project Director to take ownership of projects from start to finish while leading teams and ensuring financial and operational success.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee restoration projects from initial assessment through completion
Manage project financials, including budgets, margins, pricing, and cost control
Establish and manage payment terms, progress billings, and collections
Lead and support Project Managers and field teams
Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal departments
Develop and manage project schedules and timelines
Review work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
Handle change orders, punch lists, and project closeout documentation
Resolve customer concerns, warranty issues, and project challenges
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies

What You Need to Have:
5+ years of experience in disaster restoration (required)
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in restoration
Strong knowledge of water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation
Proven ability to manage project financials, budgets, and margins
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
The Musts:
IICRC Certification
Experience with Xactimate (Level 1 or higher)
Strong subcontractor management and negotiation experience
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
Ability to handle high-pressure and time-sensitive situations
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented
Preferred:
Experience leading multiple Project Managers or teams
Higher-level Xactimate certifications (Level 2 or 3)
Experience with large-loss or complex restoration projects
Background in mentoring or developing team members
