About the Role
<p>Are you an experienced and detail-oriented Property Inspector looking for a part-time opportunity? This is your chance to join a fantastic, independent letting agent in the role of Property Inspector at their Cheltenham office.</p>

<p><strong>Your role as a Property Inspector:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Carry out routine property inspections, ensuring high standards are maintained</li>
<li>Complete detailed inventories and check-outs</li>
<li>Support the team with property viewings when required</li>
<li>Assist with general lettings administration to keep operations running smoothly</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we’re looking for from a Property Inspector:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous lettings or estate agency experience is desirable</li>
<li>Demonstrable administration skills with a keen eye for detail</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident dealing with clients</li>
<li>Solid IT skills and a tech-savvy approach</li>
<li>Excellent organisation and punctuality – reliability is key</li>
<li>A keen eye for detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle</li>
</ul>
