We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team in Cambridgeshire. As a QSW in the MASH Team, your key responsibilities will include: Conducting initial assessments and investigations related to safeguarding concerns. Collaborating with various agencies including health, education, and police to ensure a comprehensive approach to safeguarding. Managing a caseload of complex cases while adhering to statutory guidelines and local policies. Providing expert advice and support to colleagues and partner agencies. Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of best practices within the MASH framework. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills: A recognised Social Work qualification (BA/MA Social Work or equivalent). Current registration with Social Work England. Proven experience in a social work setting, particularly within safeguarding and child protection. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-agency environment. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make sound judgments based on evidence.
