Business Analyst- GDS Government Digital Services – up to £68,000 + Benefits

We are working with a global digital transformation consultancy, and are looking for a GDS Business Analyst to work on exciting digital projects, across the UK, within the public sector. They are looking for multiple experienced Business Analysts who have a background of working with GDS and taking products through Government Digital Services. Therefore, having GDS is essential. They are looking for professionals with demonstratable evidence of working with Agile/Scrum. The role will work as part of a multiple disciplinary teams ensuring the accelerated application development across clients. Candidates must be eligible to obtain SC clearance. This role is fully remote but will require some visit to the UK offices- office locations are London, Leeds, Newcastle, Worthing and Edinburgh. Responsibilities: Strategic business analysis services to business partners, Responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial, and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Managing a small team and mentoring junior team members. Requirements: Previous experience working in Agile Methodology Experience of GDS/UK Gov Familiarity with Jira and Confluence tools as well as MS office Client facing skills and ability to establish and maintain good client relationships. Previous experience in leading a small team of Business Analysts Excellent knowledge of CX, previous experience working with UX/UI. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and understanding IT and business environments .
