Central Lettings Co-Ordinator – Wellington /Taunton Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (experience dependent) Market-Leading Independent Estate Agency | Rare Career Opportunity! An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Busy Lettings support team as a Central Lettings Co‑Ordinator. Based across our Wellington, Tiverton and Honiton offices (with travel to other locations as required), this varied role is ideal for someone with 3 years or more residential lettings experience, looking for a new challenge and keen to support the growth of a busy, multi‑office department. Job Overview: This is an unusual, diverse and interesting role, with a very broad list of duties that would suit anyone with the required senior lettings skills and a desire to be in such a varied and interesting Senior position. Working closely with the Head of Lettings, you’ll be involved in day‑to‑day lettings activity, supporting teams across the business, contributing to training and development, assisting with marketing initiatives and providing wider administrative support. Some Ad-Hoc Saturday working may be required. This is a very niche position, and truly out-of-the-ordinary; it's a genuinely interesting and varied role. The position also offers great potential for in-house career progression. The candidate: We are looking for an experienced candidate who is very presentable, articulate, has a superb eye for detail together with excellent customer service skills and a strong knowledge of all MS Office packages. Any prospective candidate should have experience in administration and good telephone etiquette; MINIMUM of 3 years previous experience within Estate Agency Lettings is essential... Desired skills and attributes Senior Lettings skills: Minimum 3 years (required) Self-motivated with a can-do attitude. Be able to work as part of team. Desire and passion to deliver a highest standards. IT Literate and able to adapt to learning new IT systems quickly. A full UK driving license and your own car is essential.
