To Oversee a busy, all-day dining operation, keeping service smooth  Ensure the menu is executed perfectly, maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation. Head Chef to maintain top standards of hygiene, health, and safety in the kitchen. Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen budgets efficiently. The Requirements The ideal candidate will be a proven Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a busy, all-day dining environment. Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and develop kitchen staff. Head Chef with the ability to deliver consistent high-quality dishes under pressure.
