Someone who doesn&#039;t just fill a pipeline, they build relationships, sparks ambitions, and closes the deal on futures.</p> <p><b>The Role</b></p> <p>As their Student Recruitment Officer, you&#039;ll be the face of UA92 in schools, colleges, and communities across the region and beyond. You&#039;ll be the reason someone takes a chance on higher education. You&#039;ll open conversations, build lasting partnerships, and guide prospective students all the way from first contact to enrolment day.</p> <p>This is a target-driven, conversion-focused role with full ownership of your recruitment pipeline. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for turning interest into enrolments, managing prospects through every stage of the funnel, and delivering against clear conversion and enrolment targets. You&#039;ll own your targets, work autonomously, and use data to sharpen your approach. You&#039;ll also get to be creative, designing fresh outreach activities, exploring digital engagement.</p> <p><b>What You&#039;ll Be Doing:</b></p> <ul> <li>Build and nurture a strong network of schools, colleges, and community partners, becoming their go-to contact for all things UA92.</li> <li>Deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and events that bring UA92&#039;s story to life for diverse audiences.</li> <li>Own and actively manage your pipeline from first enquiry to enrolment, taking accountability for conversion at every stage and consistently hitting recruitment targets.</li> <li>Champion widening participation &#8211; reaching underrepresented communities and demonstrating what makes UA92 genuinely inclusive.</li> <li>Use data to track performance, optimise conversion, and identify where to intervene to hit targets.</li> <li>Innovate &#8211; whether it&#039;s a new digital approach, a community initiative, or an on-campus event, bring your ideas and make them happen.</li> <li>Be a proud, visible ambassador for UA92&#039;s mission and values every single day.</li> </ul> <p><b>What They&rsquo;re Looking For</b></p> <p>The Essentials:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in a sales, customer-facing, outreach, recruitment, or engagement-focused role.</li> <li>A proven track record of building and maintaining strong external relationships.</li> <li>Confident in presenting and facilitating to a range of audiences.</li> <li>Experience working to targets or KPIs and delivering against them.</li> <li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities independently.</li> </ul> <p>Desirables:</p> <ul> <li>Experience within higher education, further education, or student recruitment.</li> <li>Familiarity with CRM or applicant tracking systems.</li> <li>Skills in digital engagement, social media, virtual events, and online outreach.</li> <li>A flair for data analysis and using insight to drive better outcomes.</li> </ul> <p><b>Who You Are</b></p> <p>You&#039;re passionate about making education accessible.
