Outdoor Production/ Yard Laborer

Schedule:

• Start time: 6:00 AM
• 8–10 hour shifts depending on production needs
• Some mandatory Saturdays based on workload

Position Overview:

• Work outdoors in a fast-paced industrial yard handling large wood utility poles used for infrastructure projects
• Perform physical, hands-on tasks including measuring, marking, and preparing materials to precise specifications
• Ideal for someone comfortable with repetitive work, standing/bending throughout the shift, and working in all weather conditions

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, mark, and drill poles to exact client specifications (accuracy within tight tolerances is critical)
• Operate basic tools such as drills and measuring tapes while following strict safety guidelines and PPE requirements
• Assist with moving, staging, and organizing materials in the yard while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
