Finance Manager

We’re looking for a Finance Manager ready to take the next step into a leadership role and make a tangible impact on the business. Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales to drive revenue and profitability goals
• Model financial scenarios for new and existing client opportunities
• Analyze customer-level margins and quarterly profitability performance
• Develop alternative pricing structures to support growth objectives
• Evaluate global pricing strategies and present recommendations to leadership
• Leverage ERP systems and analytics platforms for ad hoc financial analysis
• Build and maintain financial models for corporate finance operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital and distribution reporting
• Execute monthly close activities, including journal entries and variance analysis
• Oversee the annual budgeting process for key accounts
• Assist sales leadership in preparing executive-level client presentations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
• 4+ years of finance experience

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $115,000–$140,000
• This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance
