SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER (HYBRID)

Compensation Range: $70 - 74 per hour
Ready to shape the future of performance footwear and running culture? We are seeking a collaborative and curious Product Line Manager to drive the creation and expression workflow for an iconic global athletic brand! In this exciting contract role, you will partner with world-class design and development teams to turn athlete insights into the next generation of running footwear.
Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product Management, Design, and Development to lead the footwear creation process from initial brief to final approval.
• Workflow & Data Management: Own the color, material, and graphic workflow by maintaining system accuracy, managing samples, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Insight-Driven Briefing: Craft inspiring seasonal briefs and athlete-insight reports to define key problems to solve and drive consumer demand.
• Market & Trend Analysis: Analyze consumer, competitor, and focus group trends to deliver commercially successful footwear that meets margin and growth targets.
• Process Operations: Manage critical checkpoints, conduct key alignment meetings, and ensure clear, timely communication across teams to hit seasonal deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years' experience in a product-adjacent role (or specific product management experience).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience building high level product decks using Keynote.
• Presentation skills
• Required Technology & Tools: Keynote, Microsoft Office Suite, and internal data management/product creation tracking systems.
