QA Tester<br /> Location: Remote<br /> Type:  Direct Hire w/ Bonus Structure<br />  <br /> Description:<br /> Our firm is a growing software company supporting various industries throughout North America as well as Globally.  We are a Colorado company, but we operate in a very lean format providing our clients with the best engineers in the Country.  We have a customized approach to our engagements which allows us to meet the needs of our customers at a superior rate. <br /> Requirements: <ul> <li>This position will work in tandem with Business Analysts, Developers and other QA resources.  Ideally you will have experience with reasonably complex software. </li> <li>Understanding of basic office tools (MS office, work, outlook, excel, etc.)</li> <li>Strong understanding and recognition of formal written requirements</li> <li>Ability to translate the requirements to test cases and test scenarios</li> <li>Execute unit, system and acceptance test scenarios using internal and client created acceptance scripts</li> <li>Significant attention to standards for testing, document failures accurately, research issues for defect creation. </li> <li>Work with defect management tool(s)</li> </ul>  <br /> BONUS:<br /> If you have created tools for setting up automated tests this would be a bonus.  There is certainly a path to automation if this suits you.
