About the Role

<p>This position requires flexibility to work all shifts, including 1st shift (7am-3pm), 2nd shift (3pm-11pm), and 3rd shift (11pm-7am). The Manufacturing Supervisor will rotate between production operations, focusing mainly on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Responsibilities include coordinating, executing, and auditing to achieve quality, cost, delivery, safety, and sanitation goals in a high-speed manufacturing environment.</p>
<p>This role offers a pay rate of $33 per hour.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications/Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Team Leader/Supervisory role in manufacturing or related field</li>
<li>Knowledge of manufacturing operating systems</li>
<li>Strong communication and computer skills</li>
<li>Effective time management abilities</li>
<li>Preference for previous experience in a unionized manufacturing setting</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Report to Shift Supervisor and oversee production to maintain bakery operations</li>
<li>Must be available for overtime, weekend, and holiday work</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Education</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or GED with technical training required</li>
<li>Associate’s Degree preferred</li>
