Head of Modern Work

Head of Modern Work role based in Reading, United Kingdom. This is a senior leadership role within an established Microsoft-focused consultancy, leading a Modern Work practice.

The role involves setting the direction for the team, raising standards across delivery, shaping managed services, building propositions, supporting bids and pre-sales, and helping the business grow.

The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary team across consulting, architecture, analysis, development and service. They will bring strong Microsoft 365 experience across Modern Work, Security, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Entra, Defender, collaboration, adoption, architecture and service delivery.

This role would suit someone already leading a Microsoft practice, service line, or high-performing Modern Work function inside a partner or consulting environment. It offers scope to influence strategy, delivery quality, managed service maturity, go-to-market activity and team capability.
