We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to manage and improve the company’s core technology infrastructure. This role will support both office IT systems and specialised production environments, ensuring reliable operations as elasticStage scales from a single site to multiple locations. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, networking, and systems integration , supporting both traditional office IT and specialised production equipment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on infrastructure generalist who enjoys solving complex problems, understands how systems interact, and is comfortable working across servers, networks, and production environments. Requirements Role Responsibilities:Infrastructure & Systems - Administer and maintain core IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, operating systems, and business applications. - Perform routine system administration, including updates, patching, backups, and monitoring. - Manage data storage solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. - Support Linux-based systems and containerized environments (Docker or similar). - Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and systems where multiple services interact. Security & Risk - Ensure systems remain compliant with company security policies, including patching, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management. - Monitor system alerts and proactively identify potential security risks or vulnerabilities. - Support implementation and improvement of access control and security best practices. - Maintain secure system configurations and assist with incident response when required.
