About the Role
For one of our clients in the fashion industry we’re looking for a <b>freelance Showroom & Key Account Experience Consultant</b><br />

<b>1. Project Overview</b><br />
<b>Project Objective</b><br />
European key customers are invited to seasonal showroom events in Herzogenaurach to meet Sales Teams, explore new collections, receive product insights, and place orders.<br />
The goal of this project is to deliver best-in-class customer meetings and ensure a seamless, premium key account experience throughout each season.

<b>2. Scope of Services</b><br />
All products, systems access, documents, and relevant information will be provided in advance.<br />
The contractor will independently deliver the following services:<br />
<b>Showroom & Meeting Experience Consulting</b>
<ul>
<li><span>Professional consultancy on showroom setup based on own expertise.</span></li>
<li><span>Consultancy on structuring and conducting key account meetings to ensure smooth execution and an outstanding customer journey.</span></li>
<li><span>Consultancy on timely delivery of relevant documents, including tracking and status documentation (Excel or MS Notes).</span></li>
</ul>
<b>Planning & Coordination</b>
<ul>
<li><span>Independent creation of an easy-to-use seasonal account meeting schedule.</span></li>
<li><span>Recommendation of the most suitable “source of truth” tool (e.g., Excel, SmartSheet, Outlook – Microsoft tools preferred).</span></li>
<li><span>Ensuring accessibility and usability for all stakeholders.</span></li>
<li><span>Meeting setup itself is handled internally.</span></li>
</ul>
<b>Visitor Experience & Communication</b>
<ul>
<li><span>Identification of relevant information for visiting guests.</span></li>
<li><span>Creation of a “Visitor Toolkit” (PowerPoint) to be shared in advance, including:</span>
<ul>
<li><span>Activity options</span></li>
<li><span>Restaurants</span></li>
<li><span>Maps</span></li>
<li><span>Transport information</span></li>
<li><span>Giveaways</span></li>
<li><span>Catering booking information</span></li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><span>Toolkit creation based on contractor’s expertise; distribution handled internally.</span></li>
</ul>
<b>Brand Ambassador Briefing Preparation</b>
<ul>
<li><span>Preparation of briefing documentation for Brand Ambassadors (external staff).</span></li>
<li><span>Clarification of daily operational tasks (e.g., room clean-up, sample preparation, moving/storing).</span></li>
<li><span>Focus on documentation preparation only (no supervision or selection responsibilities).</span></li>
<li><span>Tool selection at contractor’s discretion.</span></li>
</ul>
<b>Opening Session Execution Support</b>
<ul>
<li><span>Operational coordination of technical setup for customer meeting openings.</span></li>
<li><span>Provision of technical and professional recommendations during rehearsals.</span></li>
<li><span>Consultancy for a 30–60 minute opening presentation (3–4 presenters, 8–30 guests).</span></li>
<li><span>Content creation handled internally; contractor focuses on coordination and execution support.</span></li>
</ul>
<b>External Consultant Role</b><br />
The contractor acts as an external consultant toward all external partners involved in the project.

<b>FW26 Prelines (Preliminary Planning)</b>

<li><span>September – November: 35 hours/week</span></li>
