We’re recruiting a full-time Behaviour Mentor to work within a specialist setting in Gateshead, focused on engagement, routine, and positive behaviour support.
This is a role where your input can make a genuine difference—helping learners build confidence, improve behaviour, and re-engage with education.

This role requires an enhanced DBS check. The setting is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
