CNC OperatorLocation: WellingboroughSalary: Competitive + OvertimeHours: DaysIndustry: Precision EngineeringLooking to develop your machining skills in a business that genuinely invests in its people?We're working with a second-generation, family-run precision engineering company just outside Wellingborough, supplying high-precision components into aerospace, motorsport and other demanding industries. With around 50 employees on-site, they've built a strong reputation for quality, long-term stability and developing their team from within.Their modern machine shop is equipped with a range of 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machinery, offering the opportunity to work on complex components while developing your skills alongside experienced setters, programmers and team leaders.Key Responsibilities:· Operate 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components· Carry out basic machine setting, tool changes and in-process inspections· Read and work from engineering drawings and route cards to ensure components meet specification· Complete deburring, finishing and production documentation while maintaining quality standardsWhat We're Looking For:· Previous CNC machining experience within a precision engineering environment· Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring equipment confidently· Experience operating Fanuc-controlled machinery would be advantageous· Reliable, quality-focused individual with a strong work ethic and team-oriented approachIf you're looking to join a well-established precision engineering business where you can continue developing your machining skills and work on interesting, high-specification components, we'd love to hear from you.Click to apply and Kieran Evans will be in contact to discuss the finer details.
