What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate Hydromat machinery to produce precision parts based on detailed blueprints and quality check sheets.
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics to ensure accurate part manufacturing.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and machine adjustments to minimize downtime.
- Inspect finished products with precision measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerances.
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace adhering to all safety standards.
- Document production activities, part checks, and create job tags for quality assurance.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with CNC machinery, G-code programming, and tooling setup.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and technical schematics.
- Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and work independently.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice to Have Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in CNC manufacturing environments.
- Vocational training or certifications in CNC machining.
- Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of chip management and material handling.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including standing for extended periods.
- Commitment to safety standards and continuous improvement.
