The Role

• Learn to build relationships with leading engineering and construction businesses across the UK
• Develop your own client portfolio through business development and consultative sales
• Source and screen skilled candidates, project managing the interview / offer process
• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Become a recognised specialist within your field

We're Looking For

• College or Uni Graduate (or graduating soon) or someone with sales/customer-facing experience
• Competitive, ambitious and motivated to achieve their work / personal goals
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, confident communicator
• Looking for genuine long-term career progression
