You coordinate with our nursing model. This role is fulfilling and central to our unit's mission and goals. You take on added responsibilities with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your daily duties include assessing patient needs, identifying health responses, and creating a customized care plan. Success is patient outcome-based.</p><h4>Essential Functions of the Role</h4><ul><li>You'll do clinical assessments based on practice standards using clinical reasoning.</li><li>Identify key needs of patients, families. Develop, implement, reassess nursing care plan for clinical outcomes.</li><li>You will help maintain high nursing standards by evaluating our practice.
