<p><b>Salary:</b> £25,000 – £35,000 per annum</p>

Our client is searching for a talented individual to join their team in the Nottingham, Long Eaton area. <p><b>Ideal Candidate:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experienced Mechanic – MOT licence is desirable but not essential.</li>
<li>Friendly and approachable attitude.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills – comfortable interacting with customers.</li>
<li>Proactive approach to ordering parts and managing stock.</li>
<li>Flexible, reliable, and keen to work collaboratively in a small team.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Benefits On Offer:</b></p>

<li>Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.</li>
<li>28 days holiday, including bank holidays, plus a Christmas shutdown.</li>
<li>Discounted rates on MOTs and access to parts at company rates.</li>
<li>Core working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm; Alternate Saturdays, 8am – 12pm.</li>

<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Carrying out vehicle maintenance and repairs to a high standard.</li>
<li>Performing MOT tests (if qualified) or supporting colleagues in the process.</li>
<li>Establishing friendly relationships with customers and providing excellent service.</li>
<li>Ordering and managing stock of car parts efficiently.</li>
<li>Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workshop operations.</li>
</ul>
