About the Role
Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Part-Time Office Manager for a client of ours in Raleigh, NC.
Responsibilities
Perform administrative duties, to include: filing, answering phones, scheduling, etc.
Perform new hire orientations and separation processes
Maintain personnel files
Prepare monthly financial documents
Assist Bookkeeper with the preparation of annual tax documents
Manage customer invoicing
Interface with vendors to submit purchase orders, make payments, and set-up purchasing contracts
Requirements
5+ years of experience as an Office Manager within a small company
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferable
Must be organized, task-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills
