The position involves rounding, on-call overnight and weekend coverage, with a schedule starting 08/31 and expected to extend through next Spring. First assist duties are optional but considered a bonus.

• Experience: Confirmed minimum clinical experience in neurosurgery, first assist experience a plus but not required

Practice Environment
The provider will support inpatient neurosurgery care within a specialized department located in Seattle, WA. Coverage is expected to continue through next Spring, with a full-time schedule requiring 4/10s per week. The environment emphasizes inpatient oxygen support, rounding, and on-call duties within a secure and organized neurosurgery setting.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Inpatient evaluation and rounding on neurosurgery patients
• Management of neurosurgical consultations and inpatient care
• Participation in on-call duties including overnight and weekend coverage
• First assist duties (optional) in neurosurgery procedures
• Collaboration with neurosurgery team, nursing, and ancillary staff
• Documentation within the hospital’s EMR platform

Requirements

• Active WA license or IMLC registration
• DEA registration
• Board Certified in neurology or neurosurgery
• Confirmed minimum clinical experience in neurosurgery NP or PA role
• Active clinical certifications as applicable
