Are you an experienced Bid Manager ready to take the next step in your career?
We’re looking for a driven leader who can shape, enhance, and lead the entire bid function, from managing a talented team to creating winning proposals that secure exciting new business opportunities.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end bid activities, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to deliver compelling submissions across both private and public sector organisations. Your ability to understand buyer requirements and coordinate high-quality proposals will be central to driving business growth and elevating the organisation’s success.
Key Responsibilities:

Create tailored, persuasive, and compelling proposals.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather input and insights.

Ensure proposals align with client needs, objectives, and expectations.

Oversee the bid process, from opportunity identification to submission and feedback analysis.

Manage bid timelines, ensuring all milestones are met with high-quality outputs.

Maintain a library of best practices, templates, and case studies to streamline future bids.

Manage and develop a bid team.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to refine bid strategies and approaches.

Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and competitive proposals.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team.

Excellent relationship-building skills.

Strong project management abilities, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines and exceptional attention to detail.
