About the Role
<h3>Senior Registered Veterinary Nurse – West London</h3>
<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced <strong>RVN or Senior RVN</strong> to step into a new <strong>Senior RVN</strong> role within a friendly and well-established small animal practice in South West London.</p>
<h4>The Role</h4>
<ul>

<p><strong>Hours:</strong> 40 per week – 4 days a week </p>
<li>
<p><strong>Weekends:</strong> 1:4 Saturdays and 1:10 Sunday</p>
<li>
<p><strong>On-call:</strong> None</p>
<li>
<p><strong>Salary:</strong> £34,000 – £39,000 (DOE)</p>
</ul>
<p>This role offers a mix of hands-on nursing and leadership responsibilities. Working closely with the Senior Vet, the Senior RVN will ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining high clinical and client-care standards. Key responsibilities include:</p>

<p>Overseeing diary and workflow management</p>
<li>
<p>Coordinating clinical equipment and stock maintenance</p>
<li>
<p>Supporting and mentoring colleagues</p>
<li>
<p>Engaging and motivating the wider team</p>
</ul>
<h4>About You</h4>
<p>This position would suit an experienced, confident RVN who enjoys taking ownership and leading by example. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with a passion for client service and supporting team development.</p>
<p>You’ll be proactive, approachable, and take pride in maintaining high clinical standards while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.</p>
