This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves managing existing accounts but also enjoys the freedom and variety travelling to various clients across the UK offers. Job Purpose Summary: To maintain existing relationships with customers and liaise with supply chain to ensure consistent high level of service. Maintain regular contact with customers, developing long-term relationships with customers. Duties and Responsibilities: Developing defined sectors and accounts annualising contracts where possible and ensuring orders are covered with PO’s Maintaining and growing margins through negotiating pricing with customers and competitive costs from suppliers Managing existing relationships with customers with regular customer business reviews, identifying and gathering product demand. Customer forecasts to be relayed to Company planning team on a weekly / monthly basis as appropriate and updating monthly Sign off artwork redesigns Person Specification:- Strong customer relationship building skills Numerate and ability to read P&L and understand margins Computer literate Excellent time management Attention to detail Candidates MUST have experience of managing accounts in the retail and or food sector.
