About the Role

The Pricing Intern is part of the Finance Operations team based at the Milan office. The resource will report to the Pricing Analyst and will contribute to the development and execution of pricing strategies by supporting operational activities, commercial alignment and data-driven decision making. This is a full time (40 hours per week), 6 month fixed term contract, based in Milan. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily pricing operations, including handling pricing requests from internal stakeholders and regions and ensuring accurate upload of pricelists into internal systems (e.g. Stealth). Work closely with Finance, E-Commerce, Merchandising, Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensure pricing consistency and alignment across channels and markets. Support competitive benchmarking and geo-pricing spread analysis to guide strategic pricing decisions. Contribute to the execution and monitoring of price changes, ensuring smooth and accurate implementation globally. Support with pricing and margin performance analysis by comparing targets vs actuals resulting from pricing activities and post-campaign performance. Your Talent: University degree (or ongoing studies) in Business, Economics, Finance or related fields. Strong interest in pricing, finance and commercial dynamics within the fashion industry. Previous internship experience in pricing, merchandising, finance or similar roles is a plus. Fluent both in English and Italian (written and spoken). Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; confident with data tools and eager to learn new systems. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams. Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data, with a structured and analytical mindset. Curious, proactive and fast learner, eager to develop new skills and adapt to new tools and processes.
