Schedule: Clinic hours;
every other weekend + possible holiday rotation

About the role
We’re hiring an experienced
Physician Assistant to provide evidence-based primary and/or urgent care in a fast-paced, patient-facing clinic environment. You’ll work closely with a dedicated clinical care team to deliver high-quality outcomes for a consistent patient population.
What you’ll do
- Perform patient assessments, develop diagnoses, and create treatment plans
- Manage acute and chronic conditions and provide health counseling/education
- Collaborate daily with clinical team members to support patient outcomes
- Complete documentation and follow clinical protocols/standards of care
- Support clinic operations as needed (opening/closing, basic inventory, patient follow-up, maintaining a clean environment, verifying insurance/collecting payment)
Must-haves (non-negotiable)
- Prior Primary Care and/or Urgent Care experience (required)
- Active PA license in Texas (TX)
- BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted)
- Comfortable in a patient-facing, onsite setting (safety-sensitive role)
Additional details
- DEA registration application will be required during onboarding (if applicable to your situation/role requirements)
- Contract currently runs through 12/10/2026 (subject to business needs)
