Redevelopment of Johnson Controls HQ Moving Forward in 2023
In 2023, Johnson Controls is set to vacate its former office space in downtown Milwaukee, where we have redevelopment plans already in the works. We’ve purchased the block of buildings at 507 E. Michigan St. and plan to draw up concepts for its reuse and redevelopment that will likely be unveiled next year.
