About the Role
Come and join our friendly team at Vertas and work on a predominately Monday to Friday basis with no starts before 06:30 and no finishes after 17:30.No more Saturday or Sunday evening shifts unless involved with our Private Hire operations. All Full-Time drivers will be employed on a 37.5 hours basic week for 52 weeks per year and will be subject to Private Hire work which may include evening and weekend work, as rostered. This will pay you an absolute basic of £573.75 per week.Weekend overtime rates are time a quarter for a Saturday and time and a half on Sunday. Need all the school holidays off to spend with your family? Not a problem, we can do that. Don't want a Full-Time position? We can accommodate that too with a 2 hours am and pm run in School Term-Time. This will mean driving a minibus so you will need as a basic on your driving licence a D or D1 category. Don't have a licence but want to drive a Coach/Bus or Minibus? Not a problem either as we can train you and give you a job after.What we ask: To provide safe, reliable and courteous passenger transport services primarily for school children and that you assist us with moving our Private Hire business forward. We'll be flexible and in return we ask you to assist us with promoting our brand covering all types of driving.
