We’re seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher for a school in South Leeds. This role is ideal for someone who understands that progress isn’t always loud and sometimes it’s a look, a word, or a small step forward that only you notice
The RoleYou’ll work across specialist and alternative provisions, supporting pupils who need consistency, structure, and genuine understanding.
Plan and deliver personalised learning tailored to individual needs
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
Work collaboratively with TAs, SENCOs, and external professionals
Support pupils with ASD, SEMH, PMLD, and complex needs
Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour with empathy and skill
Teach in a way that aligns with your values
Join supportive teams with real SEND expertise
Access opportunities across specialist schools, PRUs, and alternative provisions
Pathways to long-term and permanent positions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
