We work with ambitious teams across Europe and the US, from AI-native companies like Lovable, Poolside, Fyxer AI, and Tandem Health, to established, high-growth organisations scaling internationally and through acquisition, including Quantexa, Sellpy, Manychat, Gigs, Croud, and Threecolts. These teams don’t buy software for features,they buy leverage. The ability to run faster, cleaner, and with more control as complexity compounds.

You’re excited by
Create and prioritise a list of target accounts based on growth objectives
Identify and implement effective strategies to improve our outbound inside sales engine
Identify, attract and engage with potential customers to build up pipeline using a variety of channels – email, phone, social, chat, and more
Build up knowledge about our product and its value to customers
Assess mutual fit quickly while providing potential customers with a delightful experience
Collect insights and share with the Product team to help us build a better product solving real pain points for customers
This is what will get us excited about you
Exceptional written and verbal communication
1 or 2 years of sales/customer-facing work experience (ideally in SaaS)
Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to empathise with potential customers and to distill information
Methodological, highly organised and with a natural propensity to solve problems
Highly motivated, ambitious, self-driven and not easily discouraged
Proactive, curious, collaborative and eager to learn
This is an in-person role. Our GTM team comes together in the office Monday through Thursday, while most of the team collaborates in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
