About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established firm that specialises in commercial lending work.
If you’ve recently qualified or have up to around 2 years’ PQE in conveyancing and are thinking about your next step, this is a great chance to move into a more specialist area and build something a bit more niche.
The role will involve managing a steady caseload of lender refinance work, with a strong focus on examining and reporting on title. You’ll be working closely with lender clients, including some of the bigger names in the market, so it’s a good opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality work and develop your experience in this space.
The firm is friendly, supportive, and with a genuinely low staff turnover, which says a lot about how they treat their people. It’s the kind of environment where you can settle in, develop your skills, and not feel like you need to move on after a year.
Initially, the role will be office-based to help you get up to speed, but there is flexibility to work from home two days a week once you’re settled.
