About the Role
The RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and personable Leasing Administrator to take ownership of a fully let 112-apartment scheme in West London. This is a primarily remote role, with regular visits to the site, and is well suited to someone who thrives working independently while delivering an outstanding experience to prospective and existing residents.You will be the first point of contact for all leasing enquiries, managing the full resident journey from initial lead through to move-in, and ensuring the scheme maintains strong occupancy levels through excellent customer service and efficient process management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & EnquiriesHandle all inbound leads generated through Rightmove, Zoopla, and other channels in a timely and professional mannerRespond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and portal messaging to maximise conversionMaintain an organised pipeline of prospective applicants, tracking progress through the leasing cycleViewings & Customer ExperienceConduct in-person viewings at the site, presenting the scheme and individual apartments to a high standardProvide a warm, professional, and informative experience to all prospective residentsFollow up with applicants post-viewing and guide them confidently through their decision-making processFull Leasing Cycle ManagementTake applicants through the complete leasing journey, from initial enquiry to signed tenancy agreement and successful move-inManage tenancy progression including referencing and onboarding via an established lettings platformEnsure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely mannerDiary & Workflow ManagementManage your own diary effectively to balance viewings, follow-ups, and administrative tasksLiaise with wider team members to coordinate availability, maintenance access, and move-in logisticsKeep internal systems updated and accurate at all timesPortal & Listings ManagementCreate and manage property listings on Rightmove and Zoopla, ensuring all content is accurate, well-presented, and up to dateMonitor listing performance and adjust as needed to maintain enquiry levelsWhat We're Looking ForExcellent interpersonal skills - you are confident, warm, and professional in all interactionsA natural ability to build rapport with people from all walks of lifeStrong customer service ethos with a genuine desire to provide a great resident experienceHighly organised with strong diary management and the ability to prioritise effectivelyAttention to detail, particularly when managing referencing, documentation, and compliance processesSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a remote-first environmentPrevious experience in residential lettings, leasing, or a customer-facing property role is desirableFamiliarity with major portals and lettings platforms is advantageous
