Head of Residential Sales Prime Central London
Salary: DOE + Bonus + Benefits + Car allowance
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Head of Residential Sales to lead a high-performing office in Prime Central London.
This role is suited to a proven leader with a strong track record in high-value property sales, team management, and revenue generation within the prime market.
The Role As Head of Residential Sales, you will take full responsibility for the performance of a flagship office, leading a team of 6–10 negotiators and driving revenue across a prime portfolio.
  • Average deal values: £1.5m – £6m
  • Monthly revenue target: £250k – £500k
  • Reporting directly to the UK Head of Sales
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of negotiators to achieve and exceed targets
  • Run weekly pipeline meetings covering leads, viewings, offers, and exchanges
  • Set and review individual KPIs and performance targets
  • Drive new business and convert valuations to instructions (30–40% win rate)
  • Attend market appraisals and build strong client relationships
  • Manage high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients (£1m–£10m+)
  • Oversee deal progression through to exchange, working closely with solicitors
  • Accurately forecast monthly revenue (±10%)
  • Reduce time to exchange and maximise operational efficiency
  • Generate new instructions through referrals and proactive business development
About You
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Prime/Central London residential sales
  • Proven experience managing and developing a successful team
  • Strong personal billing history (£200k+ annually)
  • Demonstrated success selling high-value properties (£2m+)
  • Track record of generating business through repeat clients and referrals
  • Commercially driven, highly organised, and results-focused
  • Confident dealing with high-profile and high-net-worth individuals
Working Style
  • Conduct structured weekly 1:1s with your team
  • Spend time in the field attending valuations, viewings, and client meetings
  • Maintain high standards of client communication and service
  • Work collaboratively with solicitors to progress and close deals
  • Handle sensitive client information with professionalism and discretion
