We are looking for a curious, hands-on HR Business Partner Intern to support Global Consumer Brands as well as our HR4HR and HR Capability agenda to start in March/April.  Global Consumer Brands sit at the heart of Coty’s portfolio, shaping innovation, speed, and execution across iconic brands in Color, Mass Fragrance, and beyond. At the same time, HR4HR and HR Capability focus on strengthening how HR operates globally — building skills, tools, and ways of working that enable HR teams to perform at their best. As an intern, you will gain exposure to both the business-facing HRBP role and the internal HR transformation agenda, supporting key people processes, day-to-day HR operations, and capability-building initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to learn how HR partners with the business and how HR evolves itself.   Key Responsibilities Talent & People Processes  Support core HR cycles including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and engagement surveys across Global Consumer Brands and HR teams.  Prepare materials, trackers, dashboards, and insights to support leadership and HR discussions.  Follow up on action plans related to talent development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Daily HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support  You will be closely involved in the day-to-day HR engine that keeps the organization running.  Support employee lifecycle activities (joiners, movers, leavers) in partnership with HR Business Partners. Conduct and document exit interviews, consolidating insights to support continuous improvement.  Support organizational changes by preparing documentation, updating systems, and coordinating with stakeholders.  Maintain and update organizational charts reflecting team changes and structural evolution. Create and update job descriptions with managers and HRBPs, ensuring alignment with global standards. Track job approvals, hiring requests, and headcount changes.  Support employee queries and ensure accuracy across HR systems and trackers.  Recruitment & Onboarding   Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and scheduling with Talent Acquisition and Local HR teams.  Support onboarding plans for new hires within Global Consumer Brands and HR functions.  Contribute to employer branding and early-career initiatives. HR Data & Analytics   Maintain HR trackers, headcount reports, and organizational data.  Support basic people analytics by identifying trends and preparing summaries.  Prepare presentations and materials for HR Business Partners and stakeholders. Employee Experience & Engagement   Support engagement initiatives, workshops, and team activities.  Contribute to internal communications such as newsletters, updates, and campaigns.  Gather feedback and propose ideas to improve employee experience and ways of working. HR Capability, HR4HR & Projects   Support HR4HR initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, tools, and ways of working.  Contribute to HR capability projects such as skills frameworks, learning initiatives, and change management activities.  Conduct benchmarking and research on HR best practices. Collaborate with HR teams across regions and functions, including Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition. Profile & Qualifications   Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.  Strong interest in HR, people topics, and organizational development.  Advanced / fluent English is mandatory.  Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, transforming environment.  Comfortable using digital tools and AI to support productivity and insights.  Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confident Duration & Location   Duration: 6 months (or adaptable)  Location: Amsterdam HQ  Reporting to: Global HR Director – HR4HR & PMO (Dotted line to Global HR Director Global Brands)
