Full-Time Core Subject Learning Support Assistant (Maths, English & Science)Location: Lewisham | 5 Days per Week | Immediate Start AvailableWe are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Lewisham. This is a full-time role, working across core subjects including Maths, English, and Science, supporting students to reach their full academic potential.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and keen to make a meaningful impact in the classroom while developing their own professional journey.The RoleProvide in-class support across Maths, English, and Science lessonsWork closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted support to studentsAssist students with varying abilities, including those requiring additional academic supportHelp maintain a focused and inclusive learning environmentSupport with lesson preparation and classroom organisation where neededRequirementsPrevious experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar educational roleStrong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and/or ScienceA degree is preferred (particularly in a related subject area)Confident, proactive, and able to engage effectively with secondary-aged studentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe SchoolThis is a supportive and well-structured secondary school with a strong leadership team and a positive learning environment.
